Riley's Bean & Pepper Salsa

Riley's Bean & Pepper Salsa is great with nacho chips,
 in a wrap or  salad.  

 Ingredient list
1~ 15 oz. can drained black beans
1 ~15 oz. can drained pinto beans
         1~ 4.5 oz. can drained chopped chilies
             1~ 14.5 oz. cans seasoned diced tomatoes
                      1~16 oz. bag frozen corn that has been thawed
              8~green onions chopped use entire onion
1/2 of one red pepper diced
1/2 of one yellow pepper diced
1/2  of one orange pepper dice

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

               Add the feta cheese with your 
favorite wrap or salad.

1/4 cup of oil
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vinegar
dash of black pepper and salt

 Use a large bowl to mix ingredients 

 Wisk the oil, sugar and vinegar dressing

Stir thoroughly and refrigerate.  May be made the day before.
